Cooling Rate: 130-80°C about 20 minutes (cooling water pressure 0.3Mpa)
Standard Features:
1. Double-vortex-type pump patented designing (low liquor ratio, economy in power consumption).
2. Tail-injection funnel device patented design (center injection, even dyeing technique).
3. Suitable for dyeing/processing cotton, polyester, acrylic, nylon, sheep's wool, T/C, acrylic/cotton blends, polyester/wool blends, hemp/cotton blends or any kind of blended yarn. Equipped with various type material carrier, it is suitable for processing of yarn in different forms, Ie., Packages, hanks, loose fibre, beams as well as pressed packages.
4. It is possible to supply single kier dyeing, loading scope: 1kg-1980kg (calculated on packsge weight 1kg/piece)
5. Available in Fully-flooded type and air-cushion pressure type, or combination of both.
